I haven’t been to the mall in months. It’s time to though basketball shoes are needed asap! There weren’t any more people at walmart than on an average evening shopping trip. Their super sale was basically over and most people were there getting groceries and everyday stuff. I would not go to one of those crazy sales. People get nutty over savings, then get mad when they have 5-10 each of their big ticket items. Just not worth it to me. I would rather wait for a diff sale or a clearance.

It sounds like you’ve made some great purchases. I still have some shopping to do too. I can’t stand the crowds though. Guess I should definitely stay away from the mall.

Our family spent the day having a special Thanksgiving just for our parents, siblings and grandparents on both sides. However, last night at about 8pm my SIL and I went to walmart to see if they had any of their $15 children’s coats. They had plenty and so my niece now has a new warm coat at a very good price. I wasn’t planning on buying anything, but I did end up getting 2 things at a good discount that my kids have wanted or will really be excited about. Pajamas and a hoodie that my son will love, both for $3 each. I just went along for the ride and I am glad I did. They were things that I was already planning to buy for Christmas gifts and getting them for half price or more was great. I didn’t fall into their trickery I only got what I already had on my kids lists. It’s really hard to get me to buy things I don’t need. My husband now, he’s a totally different story Haha. Although it was hard to pass up 3 Glade scented oil refills for $5. If I had a coupon, I would have purchased those.
